In order to achieve the maximum resultsin you 90 day diet, there are several important rules to be kept:

  1. When consuming a fresh juice, or a smoothie you practically replace the main meal.
  2. Leave some time between the meals (minimum 2 hours)
  3. Doing some sports go hand in hand with a healthy eating regime. The more you do, the sexier you become.
  4. You should keep the following eating plan: Protein – Starch – Carbs – Fruits
  5. When preparing your meals use only a small amount of olive oil and spice.
  6. Say goodbye to alcohol and soft drinks. Avoid adding sugar to your coffee or tea.
  7. Don’t forget to weigh yourself every day and track your progress.
