In order to achieve the maximum resultsin you 90 day diet, there are several important rules to be kept:
- When consuming a fresh juice, or a smoothie you practically replace the main meal.
- Leave some time between the meals (minimum 2 hours)
- Doing some sports go hand in hand with a healthy eating regime. The more you do, the sexier you become.
- You should keep the following eating plan: Protein – Starch – Carbs – Fruits
- When preparing your meals use only a small amount of olive oil and spice.
- Say goodbye to alcohol and soft drinks. Avoid adding sugar to your coffee or tea.
- Don’t forget to weigh yourself every day and track your progress.
